By using Viova, you agree to these terms and our content policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service
We provide pre-built video templates that combine your uploads with AI-generated output. Features, quality, and pricing may change during early access.
Your content
You retain rights to photos you upload. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the service. You represent that you have all rights and consents needed for every upload.
Acceptable use
You must follow our content policy. We may suspend access for violations.
Output
AI output can be imperfect or unexpected. You are responsible for reviewing clips before publishing. We do not guarantee viral performance, platform approval, or error-free faces.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
